FIERCE at Home Express Challenge Workout


The SWEAT Challenge is on now.
This year has had many unexpected twists and turns. With all the change that we have experienced around the world, we can all benefit from some paying some attention on our health and wellbeing. We all deserve to feel our best.
I have created six weeks of exclusive FIERCE at Home workouts, that you can do whether you want to train using minimal equipment or you prefer to train with no equipment.
This is a chance for the FIERCE Community to show that we can be stronger together.

Take 15 minutes for my Express workout
Time and time again, I’ve seen clients show up for a workout when they didn’t feel like it, or after a stressful day. But at the end of the workout, they are re-energised and glowing.
As your FIERCE trainer, any time you need a boost, I want to remind you that this is the feeling you can get from training.
A workout doesn’t always require a huge time commitment. For my FIERCE at Home Express workouts, you just need 15 minutes. You don’t even need any equipment — using just your bodyweight, you can get your heart rate up and build full-body strength.
Here’s a no-equipment Express HIIT Workout from my SWEAT Challenge
For those who’ve been following my FIERCE or FIERCE at Home program, you’ll know that the workouts use equipment to get your heart rate up and to build strength through your entire body.
With this at-home SWEAT Challenge, I’ve included a no-equipment workout stream so you can try out my training style without a home gym — all you need is your body and some space to move.
My FIERCE at Home workouts for the SWEAT Challenge includes two Express workouts every week, so if you are pressed for time then you can still meet your workout targets. I’ve included a sample workout below for you to try — so do a quick warm up, find a high energy workout playlist, and give it a go!

This workout gives you an idea of what’s in store for you in my FIERCE at Home programs for the SWEAT Challenge.
This is a no-equipment workout, but if you want to train with equipment, there’s also a minimal equipment option.
There are also two levels of difficulty for each training style — “Starting Out’” and “Challenge Me”. Starting Out is for anyone new to FIERCE at Home or to regular exercises. Challenge Me has workouts that are a bit harder and more intense to help you to progress your fitness.
